As many of you know, for a number of years we have simulcast the stream on Sunday mornings originating with the FUS of Madison.
In the Spring, 2009, we were experiencing multiple program "crashes" that interrupted our broadcast day. We began working with Live365 tech support to resolve the problem and it was suggested that we upgrade from Live 2.3 to Live 2.4. We did so and a new problem developed, although we were able to resolve the original issue, the many crashes that occurred during the week.
Now, when we attempt to transition from a playlist, which is a schedule of consecutive MP3 files, to our Stereo Mixer which is playing the stream coming from Wisconsin, we receive an error message indicating that we have lost the connection with the server. Attempting to re-connect does not work and our only option at that point is to close the program and re-launch it.
Therefore, permit us to suggest that you wait until five or ten minutes after the morning program begins, at 10 am and Noon, ET, to attempt to access it on our site. By that point, we should have had time to successfully re-launch the broadcast.
Here's another option -- go directly to the link below and listen to FUS directly from their site. (But don't think that we don't want you here at UUpLink, which at the end of January, 2010, we celebrated ten years of service!)
